I think it has served me well to study most art forms and techniques. My personal style has emerged to be it's own form of all the art I love looking at and many that I do not like as well.

I was lucky to be around many of the fine comic illustrators of my era and meet and talk with them.

I love most art forms from pencil through ink, oil, sculpture ( both hard and soft ) and feel that learning will never end.

I also like the study of light and color which I hope manifest themselves in my color works but black and white are still a favorite also.

I can not begin to say who my favorite artists or styles are because the list of who and what I study is too great to limit though as you can see from my works there are some easily noticed styles of those art heros that influenced me. At the same time I hope my own way of putting things into perspective and the nature of the political, social and just plain fun things I attempt show themselves to be my own manner of artistic conversation!
